Application Deadline for Advanced Pain Management Fellowship:

The TCU Non-Surgical Pain Management Fellowship is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA), 222 S. Prospect Ave., Park Ridge, IL 60068; (847) 655-1160. The fellowship’s term of accreditation is June 2016- May 2021, at which time it may choose to seek continued accreditation.


The School of Nurse Anesthesia office is located in Suite 3101 on the third floor of the Annie Richardson Bass building.

Advanced Pain Management Application Instructions

We are glad you are considering the TCU-School of Nurse Anesthesia/AANA, Advanced Pain Management Fellowship program. Below is the checklist for all information that must be mailed to TCU by all applicants. We suggest you print this page to insure all materials are received.

Note: Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. All applications and required materials, including letters of recommendation and application fee, must be received by May 1st for the class beginning in August. Candidates will be notified of admission status by June 1.

Checklist for Applicants

The following materials are handled online:

  • Application for Admission
  • Application fee: $60 (non refundable)
  • Personal Essay

The following materials are mailed in:

  • Two Letters of Recommendation, sent separately
  • Official Copies of all College Transcripts
  • One copy of each of the following items:
    • Nursing license
    • NBCRNA re-certification card

DNP-A application deadlines: July 1st for class beginning the next year. Completed early applications will be given preference for
interviews. Interviewees will be notified by August 1. Interview dates for 2018 are August 21, 23, 28 and 30. Candidates
will be notified of admission status by October 1st. Apply online today at www.applyweb.com/tcug/.
